One of the better outdoor activities in our area is Rail-Trail cycling! Built upon abandoned railbed, the trails are easy riding due to their gentle grades, and the scenery is terrific! Pennsylvania has more miles of rail-trails than just about any other state in the USA! These trails are safe for all ages and there is parking and food venues at various spots along the trail. Ideal bikes include "comfort" bikes, like the Women's Cannondale Adventure Hybrid shown in the picture. It's adjustable handlebars allow the rider to sit in an upright position and it's seat is wider and more padded than usual, and is mounted on a shock absorbing seatpost. And since it's a hybrid, it's bigger wheels roll more effeciently and smoothly than smaller sizes. We sell all the best brands, like Trek, Giant, and Cannondale. You may find you'll want a helmet, waterbottle, mileage counter, seat bag, and perhaps a headlight for the tunnels. Belly fat can also encroach on the base of the penis, making it looks smaller… For perpetual 12 year olds, I’d think that would be a good motivator to change. 🙂
Weight loss work the other way for women: weight drops, bra size decreases. Sometimes that’s a welcome change, sometimes not so welcome 🙂
